ARKTO DIGITAL'S COMMITMENT TO THE

CHILD ONLINE PROTECTION ACT

As a game server hosting provider we understand that the a large portion of our users, and the users of our customer’s servers are minors.

It is our responsibility to ensure that the content we provide access to is safe and secure for minors on the internet.
With that being said, the following guidelines are in place as part of our Arkto Games Hosting Agreement (A2015).

All server owners who permit minors to access the server must lawfully enforce the Child Online Protection Act (COPA) within their server.

This includes but is not limited to:

       •  Monitoring chat messages or implementing an automated chat monitoring system that prevents profane or sexual content.
       •  Removing and prohibiting content that contains personal identifiable information for minors.
       •  Ensuring all minors accessing the server are at least 13 years of age or at least 7 years of age with parental consent.

If the server does not permit access to minors, the server must implement an age verification system or provide users with a notification that the content within is age restricted.

Arkto Digital reserves the right to monitor and investigate the content of server files and transcripts, as well as suspend and terminate game servers if we believe a violation of the COPA has been committed.

To report a violation of the COPA or any other legal violation:
